The Hotel
Hotel VISAD is one white building on the Sarandë–Butrint road, with our private beach in front of it. We run it ourselves, as a family.
Inside there are tiled floors, dark wood, a balcony on the sea-view rooms, and a wall of framed plates behind the reception desk. There is no lift, and the upper floors are reached by stairs.
Rooms
We have three kinds of room: a double and a triple, both with a balcony and a view of the sea, and a family room that looks onto the garden.
The double is 28 m² and the triple is 30 m². Every room has air conditioning, a small fridge, satellite TV and its own bathroom.
The upper floors are reached by stairs and there is no lift. If that matters to you, tell us when you book.

The Private Beach
The beach is in front of the hotel. You do not need a car or a bus to reach it, and it is only for our guests.
White pebbles, clear water and thatched umbrellas. The sun loungers and the umbrellas are free for our guests.
Sarandë and Ksamil get busy in August. Our beach is only for the people staying here. There is a bus stop at the door if you want to go into town.

Breakfast
Breakfast is included with every room. It is a continental buffet and we serve it on the deck, looking at the sea.
Our restaurant is called Resorant VISAD, and it is open for breakfast.
Breakfast is included in the price of the room, together with the taxes and one parking space. There is no service charge on top.

Grounds
The garden runs between the hotel and the beach. There are statues in it, and geraniums, and a terrace to sit on.
There is a table tennis table and a small football pitch, and both are free. Parking is free too, one space for each room.
There is no pool. There is the sea in front of the hotel, and a wooden deck at the edge of it with an evil eye painted on the boards.
