Booking with us

We are a small hotel and we run it ourselves. There is one rate for each room, and it includes breakfast, the taxes, one parking space and WiFi. When you ask us for dates we will tell you what we have. Nothing is held until we confirm it to you in writing.

Payment

Rooms are paid to the hotel before arrival. The only payment method we accept is cash. We ask for a credit card when you book, but only as a guarantee — we do not charge it.

Cancellation

You may cancel free of charge until 14 days before you arrive. If you cancel inside the 14 days before arrival, we charge the cost of the first night. If you do not arrive and have not told us, the no-show fee is the same as the cancellation fee.

Arriving and leaving

• Check-in: from 12:00 to 23:00.
• Check-out: from 06:00 to 11:00.
• At check-in we need to see a photo ID and a credit card. There is no age requirement to check in.

If you are going to arrive late, or outside these hours, tell us beforehand and we will work it out with you.

Children and extra beds

Children of any age are welcome. Children aged 3 and above are charged as adults. We do not have cots or extra beds, so the number of people in a room cannot exceed what the room sleeps.

Pets

We are sorry — pets are not allowed.

The rooms we give you

We confirm a room type, not a particular room. Occasionally we have to move a booking to a different room, and very rarely to another hotel nearby. If that happens we will tell you as soon as we know and we will make it right.

The beach and the grounds

The private beach is in front of the hotel and the sun loungers and umbrellas are free for guests. The sea is not supervised and you swim at your own risk. Please look after children in the water and around the terrace.

Staying with us

Please treat the rooms, the grounds and the other guests as you would want yours treated, and keep the noise down late at night. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave who makes the hotel unpleasant for other guests.

Rates, room descriptions and facilities on this website may change without notice, and are confirmed when we confirm your booking. We try hard to keep everything here accurate, but we cannot guarantee it is free of errors.
